If you want to know what it did for me read my blog. I have so many audio-immune diseases to list. I have pain that is unbearable and also headaches. Not just one now and then but headaches all the time. FIVE year and only had 3 days in that time pain free. A friend brought me a sample of Kyani Sunrise (juice) and Sunset (pills) and i tried it not thinking it would work. For yrs i have not been able to sleep more than 2 hours at a time. The first week i was sleeping 4 hours a night. Now i am sleeping at least 8 hours and wake up ready to face the word. Restless Legs were horrible...NOW gone. My psorias was horrible and painful and it is getting better each day. Lost 8 pounds and that is a big thing in my life cause it is so hard to excerise when you hurt and have a hard time walking. After 3 weeks on kyani sunrise and sunset I was a friends house and my headache disappered. NO LIE. That was last Tuesday at 7:30pm central time and so far so wonderful! Since the headaches are gone I am able to get around more and even went to my daughter's high school meeting. This is huge! I used to be so active in our school's PTAs and when the pain and headaches started I could no longer work or volunteer. I am not pain free by any means but simply sleeping and the headaches being gone have made the quality of my life so much better. OH yes one other added benifiet ...My kids and hubby say i am much calmer. So in my books Kyani saved my life. It might not work for everyone BUT IT MIGHT FOR YOU.
